If you've ever...

I built this group for you.

When someone joins, the onboarding survey asks for their biggest challenge with ads. The top four answers so far: creative (100 members), scaling (90), automation (62), AI tools (60). Those four are what the AI courses and the scaling lessons are built around.
How it works

You're the creative director. AI does the production.

The whole system runs on one idea. Set up a free toolkit once, then talk to it in plain English. It writes the prompts, picks the model, makes the ad, checks it, and can upload it to your ad account for review.

Make ads with Claude Code: a product photo goes in, a finished ad comes out
Step 1

Set it up once

Paste one GitHub link into Claude Code (or Codex) and say "help me set this up." Lesson 2 in AI Creative Studio is the one-time install. You don't write code.

One product, every ad format: static templates and AI video formats
Step 2

Talk to it like a designer

"Find 50 ads in the reference base that fit my offer and rebuild them for my product." It pulls the best matches from 2,000+ real ads and generates your versions with ChatGPT Image 2, Nano Banana, Seedance 2.0, Kling 3.0 or Veo 3.1.

Hundreds of ads, zero Ads Manager: creatives go from Claude Code into active campaigns
Step 3

Review, then launch

One product photo turns into 30+ statics across proven templates, about 30 cents an image. Video, claymation and Pixar-style ads follow the same loop, and the agent can push finished ads into your account, paused, for you to approve.

Two things to know up front. You still need an offer that converts, and you'll throw a lot of the output away (on one of my batches I kept 9 of 50). The point is you're picking from 50 instead of hand-building 5.

Ads that came out of the system

Five formats from the AI Creative Studio, all generated for a mock product, none of it filmed: AI UGC, podcast clip, claymation, Pixar-style, unboxing.

Mukul, member, on a group call
"That's not expensive 'cause I'm paying an ads guy 3,500 a month and I'm like, I'm pretty sure if I just stood up Caleb's things, we can like blow our volume out of the water."
Bryce Finnerty, AdBotDetection.ai, on a group call
"I think you crush the creative side. I think you have quite a few things that you're cooking that I'm learning from and I'm impressed by."
Dakota Hermes, guest speaker; he and his team have managed $150M to $200M in ad spend
"I'm already logged in for a full year with you, so you're not losing me."

Who's teaching this

I'm Caleb Kruse. I've been buying media for 12 years and have managed $150M+ in ad spend.

Online I'm Mr. Paid Social, 400k+ followers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. I also built AdTable.ai, the ads operating system on top of Airtable.

I still run ad accounts. Everything in this group is what I'm using in them right now, usually posted the same week I figure it out. You'll see the bugs too.

Who this is for

For you if

  • You run Meta ads (your own brand, clients, or in-house) and creative volume is the bottleneck
  • You've tried AI tools and want the versions that get used in real ad accounts
  • You already use Claude Code, Cursor or Codex, or you're willing to paste one link and learn by chatting
  • You want to see what other buyers are testing this week, with numbers

Skip it if

  • You want done-for-you. The group teaches you the system; running your account is on you.
  • You want a guaranteed ROAS. Nobody can promise that and I won't.
  • You're not going to open the classroom or post. The people getting the most out of it are the ones who ask.

Questions people ask before joining

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Claude Code is a desktop app you type plain English into. Setup is pasting one link and saying "help me set this up." The AI Video Editing course shows the exact messages I send, one lesson per step.

What does it cost to run the AI tools?

You'll need a Claude (or ChatGPT/Codex) subscription for the agent, and KIE credits for generation, about 30 cents an image. The course covers the pay-as-you-go KIE setup so you don't need Arcads' pro plan.

I'm new to ads. Is this too advanced?

The Meta Ads Masterclass starts with setting up Business Manager and the pixel and builds from there. If you've never launched an ad, start there and add the AI tools as you go. If you're running seven figures, skip straight to AI Creative Studio and Automation & Systems.

When are the live calls?

Every two weeks on Wednesday at 12pm Pacific. I open with show and tell on what I'm building, then it's open Q&A. Guest speaker sessions get scheduled on top of that. Every call is recorded with an AI summary in the Library.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Monthly billing through Skool, cancel anytime from your settings.

How is this different from your free YouTube content?

YouTube gets the concepts. The group gets the files: the repos, the Airtable bases, the prompts, the 9 GPTs, the call recordings, and me in the threads answering your questions.

What do I do first?

Post an intro with what you sell and what you're trying to fix, then open the Start Here page. It maps the whole group in the order you'd use it, with a link to the exact lesson for each thing.
